Flight Scholarships

The Association awards flight scholarships each year to deserving cadets who have shown the aptitude to fly.  To date, we’ve provided more than $100,000 to cadets who dream of flight.

Leadership Grants

Developing leaders is a key objective of The Association, and in 2013 we started a grant program to support leadership growth in today’s cadets.  Each year, we grant funds to individuals, units, and special programs.

Alumni and Cadet Networking Events 

Our initiatves, such as the Mid-Winter Dinner and the Gathering-of-Diamonds at the annual CAP National Conference promote networking, and provide an opportunity for today’s cadets to meet with and be mentored by other Spaatzen and senior aerospace leaders.

Spaatz Social Media

The Association has a robust presence in social media, including Facebook and LinkedIn, along with a member’s only LinkedIn group, designed to promote social networking and sharing across Spaatzen and the community.

* The Spaatz Association is a volunteer organization.  100% of member dues and donations go to support our programs.  No member of The Association’s staff receives compensation for his or her work with the program.
